Cold Storage

Within our cold stores we have the capacity to hold in excess of 8,000 pallet spaces, with varying temperatures that can range from -22 to +8 degrees, in a temperature controlled environment. The product is logged onto our system so our dedicated team can locate and despatch product quickly and efficiently, ensuring that the varying demands can and will be met.

At the moment we have pods running from -18 to +8, alongside the capacity to hold up to 1000 pallet spaces at an ambient temperature. We can also accommodate customers who are in need of a bulk defrost facility.

Other services that we provide which are integrated in the cold stores are de-boxing and re-boxing of bulk cheese, a cleaning facility and re-labelling. Along side this we have our own vacuum packing machine, so we can also re-bag the cheese should this be required.

We also offer a transhipping facility, which includes re-palletising, and shrink wrapping should these services be required.

In order to maintain the high standards that are required of a modern day cold store we are a member of the Food Storage and Distribution Federation.
